- Rates are inclusive of electricity, water,
cable TV, local telephone calls , linen and pool & beach towels and clean on
departure.
- Electric pool heat (if required) is £60 /
$100 or Euro100 per week.
- Additional cleans are available at £40 /
$65 or Euro65.
- Minimum rental is 7 nights.
- Strictly no pets and no smoking inside the
home.
- Oldest member of party must be at least 25
years of age.
- LATE AVAILABILITY (less than 3 weeks prior
to arrival) & LONG-TERM DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE (more than 2 weeks rental). Call
or e-mail for details.
- Payment accepted in UK£, US$ or Euros.
- Payment can be made by PayPal (please
contact us for details).
- Deposit of £150 / US$250 or Euro250 per
week rented due at time of booking with balance/ full payment required 8
weeks before rental start date.
- Cots can be hired locally for a small
charge.
