The 28' foot screened pool, with stunning lakeside views, is electrically heated and enjoys all day sunshine. There are tables, chairs and sun-loungers on the large deck area. The home is equipped with all modern appliances including dishwasher, washing machine & dryer. The family room hosts a large TV, VCR,  & X-Box games console. The large garage contains a table tennis and pool table and an assortment of beach equipment.

Within a 5 minutes walk are a range of restaurants (both eat-in and take-out) and shops including Publix (supermarket), Wallgreens (pharmacy), the Post Office and Blockbuster.
